Our technology solutions range from ERP, Finance and Accounting Software, to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence and Business Process Outsourcing.
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist that can lead our team of Developers who provide support to our clients based in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. This is a fully remote role.
The core focus of this role is to assist clients with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 post-project support and to lead our team of D365 specialists. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI development. You will also have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style that will make our clients feel important and well supported.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience essential
- At least 3 years' experience leading a technical team
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience, desirable
- Good understanding of the CRM Platform (JavaScript, Custom Activities, Workflows, Client Extensions, SDK)
- Good understanding of CRM Functional Modules
- Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
- Microsoft Certifications with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics (e.g. MS PL200 or MS PL400 will move you to the top of the pile)
- Experience with .NET application’s API, REST and SOAP endpoints
- Experience with using C# and MSSQL
- Experience with GIT or DevOps source control
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms, Office 2016 and 365 application suites
- Excellent people skills with the ability to relate to technical and non-technical people
- Critical thinking capability to identify, resolve and prevent technical challenges
- Outstanding time management and prioritisation of tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small, global business environment
- Flexibility to work unusual hours to support clients in different time zones when needed
